Chef Gregory Goldberg and Gianni Cinelli owner of Vivo Ristorante and Osteria G have teamed up to bring Uninhibited Restaurant to life. Gregory Goldberg was formerly the Executive Chef at Osteria G before launching this new project with Gianni Cinelli. We are going to trust our creative spirits, 50 years of combined experience, and our training to bring you the best of the best we possibly can.
CIA graduate Chef Gregory Goldberg is excited to present his culinary vision to you. Chef Goldberg has always been fascinated by crossing culinary boundaries whether by technique, ingredients, or both. Out of this idea the concept of being uninhibited was born. In other words, the genre of this restaurant is that there is no genre and no boundaries. We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers' markets whenever possible.
Our restaurant is available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event.
